fillies Sixty Seconds and Elegant Fashion have drawn the two outisde barriers for
Saturday's Group One AJC Oaks at Randwick after the barrier draw was conducted earlier
today. Sixty Seconds, a New Zealand filly trained by
Roger James, drew barrier ten and the last start Moonee Valley Oaks winner Elegant Fashion
will jump from alongside in barrier nine.
It was a much better story for fans of the impressive
winner from last Saturday Republic Lass. That filly drew the inside barrier in the field
        of ten.
Republic Lass' price for the race has been slashed by
leading Melbourne bookmaker Michael Eskander. The last start winner is the outright
favourite at $3. Sixty Seconds is a $3.50 chance while Elegant Fashion has drifted out to
become the third favourite at $5. Damashino and Vapour Trail are the best of the rest
        according to Eskander at $10.
The final field is as follows with Michael Eskander's
        latest odds:
        01 ELEGANT FASHION (9) Greg Childs - $5.00
        02 SIXTY SECONDS (10) Brian York - $3.50
        03 REPUBLIC LASS (1) Glen Boss - $3.00 fav
