Golden Slipper Stakes after the defeat of his main rival Choisir on the weekend.
The John Symons trained colt is now the
outright favourite with bookmakers and the fixed odds TAB services for the 1200 metre
Group One feature for two-year-olds at Rosehill.
Leading Melbourne bookmaker Michael
Eskander has cut the price of the Royal Academy colt to $4 (from $5), while he eased
Choisir to $5 (from $4).
Other significant moves included Victory
Vein ($8-$5.50), Yell ($13-$10), Pillaging ($21-$8), Planchet ($26-$10), Chuckle ($21-$16)
and Snowland ($6-$5.50).
Fans of Bel Esprit may prefer the prices on
offer from the NSW TAB fixed odds service. The colt is favourite with the agency but $4.25
was being offered this afternoon.
