Leading South Australian jockey Dwayne Dunn has
suffered a setback in Hong Kong after being suspended at yesterday's Derby meeting at Sha
Tin.
Dunn pleaded guilty to a charge of careless
riding and was outed for three Hong Kong race days for an indiscretion in an earlier race
on the card.
Currently ranked in seventh place on the
jockey's premiership Dunn has ridden 24 winners and 55 minor placegetters from his 326
mounts this season.
Dunn's suspension has been deferred until
after Wednesday's meeting at Sha Tin.
The talented hoop was unable to get among
the winners on the card, although he did finish with a second the third placing.
