Leading Australian jockey Glen Boss has been
granted a licence to ride in Macau from April until August. Boss, who a 28 time Group One winning jockey, has already ridden in Macau. He
represented Australia in the 1997 Macau International Jockeys Invitation Races.
The 32-year-old, who started riding in North Queensland,
has now ridden over 1400 winners in an illustrious career. He has won each Derby held in
the Eastern states.
As well as Macau, Boss has tasted international racing with
four stints in Hong Kong. Only last December he rode in the Hong Kong Mile.
Boss' contract will begin in mid-April and will expire in
mid-August.
