Picturesque Wagga Wagga
based property Tavistock Park Stud has been sold for $1.4 million after a morning auction
at the William Inglis Newmarket Complex this morning. The
property, which was sold by Inglis in conjunction with Fitzpatrick's Real Estate, was
puchased by Melbourne based thoroughbred enthusiast Jim Racovolis.
A 151 hectare (375 acre) property, Tavistock Park Stud is
located on the doorstep of the regional city of Wagga Wagga and the property consisted of
a two storey homestead which included an indoor heated swimming pool and tennis court.
The property also consisted of six brick stables, horse
yards, ten day stalls, a stallion serving barn, tackroom, utility room, round yard,
manager's residence (four bedroom) and 11 main paddocks. |
