Evergreen Collingrove Stud sire Rory's Jester has been
represented by another stakes winner when Flawed Logic scored a thrilling win in the
listed Garvan Balcrest Stakes at Victoria Park on Saturday.
Trained by Aquanita's Adelaide trainer Dan O'Sullivan the
filly won her second race when she downed Gold Anthem by a short head.
Third home in the race was the Swettenham Stud Syndicate
owned filly Amoroso, who's by former shuttle stallion Revoque.
The win continued a great run currently being experienced
by former Melbourne jockey Travis Creek.
Every season Rory's Jester is represented by dozens of
winners and already this season his better performers have included North Boy, Special
Jester, Hello Boys, Inspire, Time Out, Toast of the Coast, Comedy Court, Eyes on Success,
Smilingly and Go Crazy.
Another one of Rory's Jester's two-year-old stakes winners
this season Wyndam Glory looks set for further riches as he is being set for the Magic
Millions race in Perth.
North Boy, meanwhile will be gunning to become to his first
Group One winner of the season when he lines up in Saturday's Newmarket Handicap at
Flemington.
Collingrove stallions went close to scoring a stakes souble
in Adelaide when Flurry's Gem ran her usual honest race to finish second in the Malaysia
Airlines Stakes over 1250 metres.
