        REPEATS (D Oakford (a)) was slow to begin. REPEATS (D Oakford (a))
        shifted inwards when struck with the whip at about the 100 metre mark momentarily
        hampering COPPERS EDGE (M Cornell). Apprentice D OAKFORD informed by Stewards that
        he must take greater care and make much more effort to keep his mounts on a straight
        course.

        SIR ROMEO (T Gillett) jumped in the air as start effected. CLASSIC KHAN
        (S Burrows) raced very greenly throughout the race and appeared to come into contact with
        the running rail at about the 400 metre mark.

        NT 8: MAIDEN HANDICAP 1000 METRES 6 STARTERS
        CENTRE DANCER (T Gillett) jumped outwards as start effected forcing
        SEVERENCE (B Cornell) onto BURRAN (D Oakford (a)) who in turn came into contact with
        PRINCESS ARK (G Lefoe). Jockey T GILLETT was informed by Stewards that he must make
        himself much more aware at the start of races and have full control over his mounts. He
        was also informed that Stewards may not be so lenient in future. BURRAN (D Oakford (a))
        raced very greenly in the first 400 metres of the race.
