        The Magic Millions Classic shares the accolade of being
        Adelaide's most valuable racing event with the Smoke free Adelaide Cup.  
        The race is restricted to horses sold through the Magic
        Millions Sales company, an organisation owned by entrepreneurs John Singleton, Gerry
        Harvey and Rob Ferguson. 
        The race day 
        Magic Millions day is a highlight of the racing season. The
        horses attracted to the meeting hail from across the country.  
        As well as the Magic Millions race itself, the day features
        two other top class races - The $272,000 Grp 2 Swettenham Stud Stakes which attracts
        Australia's leading fillies and mares to chase the valuable prize and the Colin Hayes
        Memorial Cup - named in honour of one of the racing's true legends. 
        The social day 
        The Magic Millions name conjures up colour, vibrancy and
        excitement and that's exactly what racegoers can expect to find on course this Saturday. 
        There will be fashion parades, live bands, dancers and of
        course the always keenly contested fashions-on-the-field competition with some valuable
        prizes up for grabs. 
        For kids there will be face painting and pony rides as well
        as other Junior Jock Club activities.
