Racing Victoria Limited (RVL) which is staging "Australia's Racing Champions" next Tuesday night in Melbourne's Crown Palladium, confirmed today that all seats for the event were now sold.

The black-tie function will feature the second annual induction of members to Australian Racing's Hall Of Fame as well as the announcement of winners of the Australian Champion Racehorse of the Year Awards.

RVL'S General Manager - Marketing, Danny Curran said response to the night had been extraordinary.

"People are coming from all parts of Australia, New Zealand and elsewhere. We have been overwhelmed by the response and we are looking forward to putting on a show to remember."

"The excitement is building and there is great anticipation as the night approaches. This year's build up to the Australian Racehorse of the Year Award has been unprecedented with three genuine contenders - Ethereal, Northerly and Sunline - and those lucky enough to be present are in for a special evening," Mr Curran said.
