| 04/06/02 Cooper's Costly Mobile Fine in Sydney |
 Jockey Bernadette Cooper
was yesterday fined a total of $1,300 on three separate charges by NSW TRB stewards.Ms Cooper was charged under AR 160B(3) for having a mobile phone in
her possession in the Jockeys' Room.
The jockey pleaded guilty to a further two charges under AR
175(g) for giving false evidence at the initial inquiry.
Ms Cooper was fined $500 on each of these counts.
